En résumé, en Octobre 2005, les oiseaux migrateurs porteurs du H5N1 ont migré dans une zone où sévissait le H9N2 de façon endémique, en gros les deux H ont échangé leur gène du sous-gène S227N, les cas Turcs ont tous cette recombinaison identifiée.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p&gt;Sur les cygnes porteur du H1N1, qui est endémique sur les cygnes en Europe, une recombinaison est en cours ce qui va permettre au H5N1 d'acquérir le S228N, ce qui le rend une passerelle plus facile à la transmission humaine.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p&gt;En résumé le virus en profite chaque fois par recombinaison , seul bémol, la base
